WebNecron and Chaos are my favourite, for necrons I love the aesthetic and I also like how they play pretty differently to the other races allthough they are a lot weaker in Soulstorm than they were in Dark Crusade, and Chaos, while not the strongest, has my favourite late game units. The most powerful faction would probably be the Eldar.
