Very similar to the problem I was experiencing with Valhalla which makes me think it might be a problem with the 2080d more than with Valhalla. Has anyone else had this issue on other games?

Valhalla even runs 4k@60 on Stadia where Odyssey and Origins are locked at 30fps. It's 60fps on stadia, but it sure as hell ain't 4k, and the textures are scaled way the fuck back.
