WebShe teaches Tuesday & Saturday evenings 7pm UK time -2pm our Eastern time. As Sue starts to teach the occasional ‘pop-up’ in-person class, I shall hold her continuing Zoom class at the same time. We’ve also been dancing with Mati Vargas-Gibsonwho lives in Dallas. Maybe we’ll try some others. Maybe we’ll see you there!

As we drop into our body, listen, express and move with the body's impulses, we come home to our essence. WebI first met the 5Rhythms in 2002 and began dancing them intensively in early 2003 with Sue Rickards in London, going so far as to move house so as to be near to the classes which I would attend several times a week.
